Los Angeles Aerial Arts carries forward the spirit of what made Aerial Method meaningful to so many students.

Over the years, Aerial Method built a reputation for thoughtful instruction, individualized attention, strong safety standards, and a training philosophy centered on the longevity of each student's aerial practice. Those values remain central to Los Angeles Aerial Arts.

As the founder and instructor, my goal is to create a space where students can explore their potential, build confidence through skill and practice, and develop a sustainable aerial practice rooted in strong technique and a commitment to safety.

Whether you are stepping into your first aerial class or continuing a long-standing practice, you will find the same individualized attention, thoughtful instruction, and supportive community that students have come to expect.

Los Angeles Aerial Arts honors the foundation that came before it while creating space for this community to grow, evolve, and define its own future.

— Belle Tadena, Founder of Los Angeles Aerial Arts

Belle Tadena is the founder and instructor of Los Angeles Aerial Arts. She discovered aerial through her first hammock class with no dance or athletic background—just curiosity and a desire to keep learning. That experience continues to shape how she teaches today.
For more than ten years, Belle served as Studio Manager at Aerial Method while teaching students of all experience levels. Today, she continues that legacy through thoughtful instruction, individualized attention, and a strong commitment to safety, helping students build confidence and develop a sustainable aerial practice.

What people are saying

  • "Belle is an amazing teacher! She’s excellent at explaining aerial moves and identifying what you need to do to improve at any move. She also makes every class fun to be a part of!"

    Jennifer

  • "I was unsure about learning under a new instructor, and what the teaching style would be like. I was also worried about what the energy would be in class. But they were super supportive and worked with you to make you comfortable. "

    Holly L.

  • "Individualized attention and customized training with a real focus on technique make this studio different. I want to do aerial as an old lady, and the only way to do that is to train smart and with proper technique to preserve the longevity of my practice. That attention to safety and technique set this studio apart."

    Crystal

  • "I’ve always been excited about learning, and I love how Belle has a way of breaking moves down so anyone can understand, as well as identifying what each person needs to work on to progress. She works with you at your specific skill level while continuing to push you to the next."
